Holly is a multiple award winning writer and photographer.

With her black and white photography, she achieved Kodak’s award for Up and Coming Junior Photographer when she was 17. Since then, she has continued to receive awards from the MPA during her 14 year  journalism career for her action and community event photography.

Her feature story writing has consistently earned her top honors for the Press Association Awards.

She hold degrees in Journalism, General Psychology, Exercise Science and Human Nutrition, as well as certificates in Photography, and Social Media Marketing.

Holly retired from competitive powerlifting in 2019 after thirteen years in the sport. She now is a master’s weightlifting athlete, competing when she can manage to pull herself away from her never ending stack of to-be-read books, or building epic sandcastles on their beach with her son.

Currently, she lives somewhere on a rocky coast with her family and is pursuing her life long dream of finally completing a book.
